Cancellation policy

Right of withdrawal

You may revoke your contractual declaration within 14 days without stating reasons in written form (e.g. letter, fax, e-mail) or, if the goods have been delivered to you before the deadline, by returning the item. The period begins upon receipt of this notice in text form, but not before the goods are delivered to the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of identical goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery), and not before we have fulfilled our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 of the EGBGB, as well as our obligations according to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 of the BGB in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the withdrawal or the goods in due time.

Consequences of withdrawal

In the event of a valid revocation, both parties must return any received goods and payments, as well as any benefits derived (e.g., interest). If you cannot return the received goods or benefits, or can do so only partially or in deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the value. You only have to pay compensation for deterioration of the item or for benefits gained if the use or deterioration is attributable to use of the item that goes beyond the inspection of its properties and functioning. "Inspection of properties and functioning" means testing and trying out the respective goods, as would be possible and customary in a retail store.

Items that can be shipped as parcels are to be returned at our risk. You bear the regular cost of return shipping if the delivered goods correspond to those ordered and if the price of the item to be returned does not exceed 40 euros, or if you have not yet rendered the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of withdrawal, in the case of a higher-priced item. Otherwise, return shipping is free of charge for you. Items that cannot be sent as parcels will be collected from you. Obligations to refund payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. The period begins for you when you send your withdrawal declaration or the item, and for us upon receipt thereof.
