OVERMACH nasce nel 1978 per scelta strategica aziendale, dalla Società Salvatore Marchelli, che operava nel settore dell'utensileria e delle macchine utensili fin dal lontano 1817.
Oggi il Gruppo OVERMACH è specializzato nella vendita di macchine utensili CNC ad asportazione truciolo per la lavorazione dei metalli, nuove ed usate, con assistenza pre e post vendita su tutto il territorio nazionale.
Alla lunga e consolidata esperienza degli uomini chiave dell'Azienda, OVERMACH S.p.a. ha potuto integrare la sua struttura con un management di prim'ordine, così da raggiungere una stabile posizione di leadership sul mercato italiano, con ben oltre 300 fra dipendenti ed agenti di vendita diretti ed indiretti.
Sede e direzione generale sono a Parma, dove trovano collocazione su un'area di circa 60.000 m2, di cui 22.000 m2 sono coperti da magazzini, show room ed uffici.
Overmach S.p.a. ha poi filiali commerciali con sede a Modena, Vicenza, Torino, Tortona, Brescia e Cuggiono (Milano).
