The ACME tube and profile laser system was developed for the highest demands in industrial manufacturing and combines precision, productivity, and flexibility at the highest level. Thanks to its powerful design and intelligent automation, it is ideally suited for steel construction, mechanical engineering, plant engineering, metal processing, and demanding job-shop operations.

The innovative machine concept with four high-precision chucks, three movable clamping systems, and vertically arranged guides ensures exceptionally stable workpiece guidance. This allows even long, heavy, or complex tube and profile geometries to be processed with the highest accuracy.

The system is available in various versions for tube diameters of Ø 280 mm, Ø 360 mm, Ø 550 mm, Ø 640 mm, and Ø 800 mm and can be optimally adapted to individual production requirements.

With available laser powers from 3 kW to 20 kW and processing lengths of up to 12 meters, the ACME tube laser system offers maximum performance reserves for a wide range of applications – from thin-walled profiles to heavy structural tubes.
