ADV 508 RW 1000 EU – Deburring & Edge Rounding Machine

The ADV 508 RW 1000 EU is a powerful automatic machine for deburring, edge rounding and surface finishing of laser-cut, plasma-cut and punched sheet metal parts.

With a 1,000 mm working width, wide belt grinding unit and 6 rotating brushes, the machine provides consistent processing of outside contours and reproducible results on steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Expected in stock from September 2026 and available for demonstrations in our showroom.

Efficient Deburring & Edge Rounding

The wide grinding belt efficiently removes burrs and prepares the surface. The six rotating brushes subsequently process the workpiece from multiple directions for consistent edge rounding.

The combined vacuum and magnetic table provides reliable workpiece holding for both magnetic and non-magnetic materials.

Service & Availability

The ADV 508 RW 1000 EU is expected in stock from September 2026 and will then be available at short notice. The machine can be viewed and demonstrated in our showroom by appointment.
