This machine is a high-performance forging press actively used in a production line for metal fittings and brass hot forging. The robust mechanical design of the 2016 model is engineered to withstand the high impact energy and thermal loads required by hot forging operations.
Hot Forging Expertise: Fully delivers the rapid strokes and high pressing force needed for hot forming materials such as brass. It provides excellent surface quality in the production of metal connecting parts (valves, couplings, fasteners, etc.).
H-Type Rigidity: The closed H-frame body absorbs the instantaneous high shocks generated during the forging process, preventing misalignment of the die (axis).
2025 Modernization: The 2016 model infrastructure was upgraded in 2025 with a new PLC and brought up to current occupational safety standards. This ensures high safety and minimal downtime even under the demanding conditions of hot forging lines.
Large Die Area: The 1200x1100 mm table surface allows for the installation of multi-cavity forging dies or trimming dies on the same table, boosting production speed.
This press is a 'plug & play', heavy-duty, and cost-effective production solution for companies operating in the brass forging and metal fittings sector.
It is compatible with ABB robotic loading.
