System Description

A complete, stationary AL-KO dust extraction and filtration system, PROFI-JET BG 2, for wood dust is for sale. The system was operated within the production area; the filtered air was returned to the room via the existing return air duct. The system is currently fully installed and can be inspected before dismantling.

The system includes the filter unit, automatic compressed air cleaning system, rotary valve airlock, JKF industrial fan, silencer, complete control cabinet with Siemens control panel, and large sections of the existing galvanized extraction and return air ducting, subject to agreement.

The system is sold in its current installed condition.

Dismantling, removal, loading, transport, and any export/import procedures and customs clearance will be carried out entirely by the buyer at their own expense and responsibility.

Dismantling and removal must be completed by July 31, 2027, at the latest.

Inspection possible by arrangement.

Sale in the existing condition, as inspected, without any guarantee or warranty.

Due to its complete design with filter, 15 kW fan, automatic cleaning, rotary valve airlock, control system, and available ducting, the system is particularly interesting for carpentry shops, timber construction companies, window manufacturers, and other wood processing businesses.
