• Product is baked using hot air and steam
• Two baking zones with circulating hot air
• Fans direct the air to the heating elements in the center
• Air deflectors guide the hot air onto the product
• Baking process optimized by steam injection
• Continuous cleaning of the conveyor belt with brushes and water nozzles
• A chimney with a throttle valve is located at the product inlet and outlet
• Water seal prevents lateral steam leakage when the hood is lowered
