The screw compressors of the GEAR series are particularly suitable for very high compressed air requirements.
The maintenance- and service-friendly drive concept of the GEAR compressors includes a robust drive motor with high power reserves.

The highly efficient gearbox operates with minimal slippage, high operational reliability, and an efficiency of over 98%, resulting in almost lossless operation and thus protecting the drive. Furthermore, the highly efficient coolant separation enables a minimal residual oil content of only 2–3 mg/m³.
The encapsulated design of the gearbox makes these systems ideal for use under the harshest operating conditions.
