A complete set is available for sale. The set consists of the following units:

Pellet press 33-390 – the dimensions can be found in the accompanying documentation. The throughput rate is up to 500 kg/h – depending on the material and material density. Drive motor 30 kW. The die has a size of 3.0 mm.

Spare parts: 4 dies and 2 rollers

Conveying system: Z-conveyor – bucket conveyor, track width 298 mm from Wiese Förderlelemte in cooperation with Amandus Kahl. 3400 mm horizontal at the bottom, 5300 mm vertical, and then 2340 mm horizontal. Dimension sheet included.

Material cooler (Pos. 1): is a cylinder with a fan that blows ambient air into the cone, volume approx. 1 m³.

Pellet sieve (Pos. 2) / screener manufactured by Gough Engineering for separation of fines, oversized pellets, and product classification. Screen size 3.2 mm.

Control cabinet: is included. The basic control system (without power electronics) is manufactured by Kahl and complies with CE regulations at the time of manufacture. The power unit is manufactured in Israel and may not comply with CE regulations. Both control cabinets will be supplied; commissioning and compliance with all regulations are the responsibility of the seller.

The machine was in operation at an R&D center in Israel. As the company now operates a production facility in Europe, the R&D center is being closed. The machines will be transported to Europe at the owner's expense and can be delivered ex-works at a port or at the production plant in Europe.

The details for optimal transport need to be clarified. The machine price does not include packaging on a pallet.
