Complete compact vertical packaging system including volumetric dosing unit, 1 cup, single bucket conveyor and outfeed conveyor. Suitable for granulate-type products such as sugar, rice, beans, nuts, etc. The vertical packaging machine (VFFS) is equipped with PLC (control via color touchscreen user interface, different languages available e.g. English, German etc. ),date printer, automatic program set-up, mark sensor registration control, quick change former assembly, pneumatic sealing unit, servo motor film pulling, double pulling possible, air exhausting device, supporting device of finished bags, hole punching device, suitable for OPP and PE film (possibly additional costs for the PE unit). - Specifications of VFFS packaging machine: filling range: up to 5000ml; film width: max. 620mm; bag size (mm): min.-max. Generally it has to be customized to meet individual customer/product requirements. Therefore deviations of shown specifications of modules are possible.
