Arodo Total Bag-Handling

We offer this used Arodo Total Bag-Handling bagging machine, manufactured in 1997.

The bagging line includes:
- a hopper with a feeder for the material to be packaged
- a bagging line (volumetric filling) with printing on individual bags
- a line for stacking and gluing bags onto a pallet

It was imported to Poland from Belgium in 2016. The palletizer's capacity is up to 1300 bags/hour (the bagging section's capacity is approximately 600 bags/hour). The bags have maximum dimensions of 550 mm width and 950 mm length. The maximum bag weight is 50 kg. The palletizer is automatic and stacks 5 bags per layer. It is designed to work with material with a particle size of 0–40 mm. The line has been in operation for 17 years.
