ASSYX DuroBOARD® are high-performance production pallets and support boards primarily used in the concrete block and paver manufacturing industry.

Key Characteristics & Material

• Composite Structure: Features an inner core of high-grade Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) or 3-layer glued timber (made from spruce, fir, pine, or beech), completely and inseparably sheathed in a Baydur® polyurethane coating developed in partnership with Covestro (formerly Bayer MaterialScience).
• Durability: Treated as a long-term capital good rather than a quick-wear part, designed to match the lifespan of concrete block machines.
• Weather & Water Proof: Completely waterproof, airtight, and resistant to UV light and weathering (can be stored outdoors).
• Temperature & Chemical Resistant: Withstands temperatures from -25°C to +90°C (ideal for curing chambers and vapor systems) and resists both mineral and biodegradable oil release agents.
• Vibration Transmission: Retains a constant E-module and uniform vibration transmission across the entire pallet surface over many years.
