ATOM FlashCut Fashion 26B All-in-One

We are selling our Atom FlashCut Fashion 26B all-in-one, fully automatic cutting table system, including a high-quality Puska compressor (in use for 4 years).

With a usable working area of 2,900 x 2,600 mm, a cutting window of 2,540 x 850 mm, and a separate unloading zone of 1,200 x 2,600 mm, the FlashCut 26B offers optimal conditions for efficient workflows. A maximum cutting height of 20 mm enables the processing of a wide variety of materials—even in multiple layers.

Two independently operating tool heads guarantee high speed and maximum productivity. Servo drives on the X, Y, and Z axes ensure precise movement with a traverse speed of up to 80 m/min and acceleration of 1G.

Intelligent Material Handling & Vacuum Technology

A continuous conveyor belt feeds material into the processing area. The vacuum table is divided into 300 x 300 mm segments, allowing selective activation of individual zones. This ensures precise material fixation with minimized energy consumption.
Two high-performance, frequency-controlled vacuum pumps (3–15 kW) automatically adjust output to actual demand. The result: secure material fixation and energy-efficient operation.

Precision Through Camera and Projection Technology

For maximum material utilization, the system features two cameras with integrated light sources and dimmers to detect irregular material contours—ideal for leather hides, for example. Defective areas can be digitally marked and considered during further processing.

Two high-performance projectors support automatic nesting by projecting cutting contours directly onto the material. Additionally, article numbers, sizes, or other markings can be projected onto cut parts—perfect for process security and traceability.

Powerful CNC Control & Software

The system is equipped with a modern CNC control unit including a TFT color display, keyboard, and USB interface. An integrated PC with Windows Embedded, Ethernet connectivity, and TeamViewer support enables straightforward operation and remote maintenance.

The software package includes:

- DXF converter for importing and converting CAD files
- Interactive layout software
- Automatic nesting software
- CAD module for creating simple geometries

The optional Luxury Nest strategy enhances the system with a specially developed nesting logic for optimizing leather cuttings. Quality zones, defect areas, and defined rotation and grouping rules are considered to achieve maximum material yield.

Versatile Tool Configuration

The FlashCut 26B comes with a multi-tool head as standard, equipped with, among others:

- Drag knives
- Punches (various diameters)
- Marking tool
- Tracing needle
- Laser pointer
- Knife holder and ejector

This makes the system suitable for cutting, marking, and perforation tasks.
