BARRIQUAND STERIFLOW

Autoclaves are used to sterilize packaged products that require high temperatures (+100°C) to eliminate or inactivate pathogenic microorganisms.

Rotary autoclaves: These are used to sterilize products that present greater challenges in heat transfer. Examples include vegetables in whole, grated, or diced form, and beverages such as smoothies, teas, coffees, or evaporated milk.

In this type, the basket rotates inside the autoclave, agitating the contents and preventing the pieces closest to the sides of the container from burning.
