BHK-TECH MW50-2V Microwave System

System and Functional Description

Microwave system consisting of two MW50 V microwave modules, an internal conveyor system, and two external conveyor systems.

The actual microwave chamber consists of a 3 mm stainless steel sheet and has control cabinet segments permanently mounted along its length, in which the high-frequency components are installed behind mechanically and electrically secured covers.

The conveyor system for transporting the pallet within the system is designed in a microwave-encapsulated form.

The microwave system is equipped with a total of 32 magnetrons, which directly emit energy into the chamber's interior.

This technology guarantees uniform energy distribution within the chamber.

The magnetrons can only be activated when the door is closed and securely latched.

The sealing system on the door opening prevents microwave leakage.

Any resulting fumes are extracted via 2 exhaust fans with a total conveying capacity of 17,000 m³/h (free-blowing).

The necessary cooling of the high-frequency components is provided by the airflow from the exhaust fans, supported by 4 supply air fans (conveying capacity, free-blowing, approx. 3,500 m³/h).

In front of the system, there is one conveyor system each with its own drive.

The pallet is manually loaded and unloaded by the customer.

Sensors are used to check whether the pallet is positioned correctly on the conveyor system. The program is started via a switch on the control panel. The loaded pallet is transported into the microwave system and positioned using a light barrier.

The doors of the microwave system are closed, and the microwave irradiation is activated.

After the microwave irradiation time has elapsed, the door is opened, and the pallet is transported to the unloading conveyor system.

The activation time of the magnetrons can be pre-selected in four power levels on the main control panel.
