BHK-TECH MW50-2V Microwave system


System and functional description

Microwave system consisting of two MW50 V microwave modules, an inner roller conveyor and
two outer roller conveyors.

The actual microwave chamber consists of a 3 mm stainless steel sheet and has switch cabinet segments permanently mounted on the long side
in which the high-frequency components are installed behind mechanically and
electrically secured covers.

The roller conveyor system for transporting the pallet within the system is manufactured in microwave-encapsulated
form.

The microwave system is equipped with a total of 32 magnetrons, which emit energy directly into the
chamber interior.

This technology guarantees an even distribution of energy within the chamber.

The magnetrons can only be switched on when the door is closed and pressed down.

The sealing system at the door opening prevents microwave leakage radiation.

Any vapors generated are extracted via 2 extraction fans with a total capacity of 17,000 m*/h (free-blowing)
.

The necessary cooling of the high-frequency components takes place via the air flow of the
extraction fans, supported by 4 supply air fans (free blowing capacity a' approx.
3,500 m*/h).

A roller conveyor with its own drive is located in front of the system.

The pallet is loaded and unloaded manually by the customer.

Initiators are used to check whether the pallet is correctly positioned on the roller conveyor. The
program is started at the control panel using a switch. The loaded pallet is transported into the microwave unit
and positioned using a light barrier.

The doors of the microwave system are closed and the microwave exposure is switched on
.

After the microwave exposure time has elapsed, the door is opened and the pallet is transported onto the
unloading roller conveyor.

The switch-on time of the magnetrons can be preselected in four power levels on the main control panel.
