Workpiece Reference System
The preliminary positioning of the workpiece in the longitudinal direction (X-axis) is performed in the loading area on the left side of the machine by means of a stop, which is placed in a fixed position in the work table.

Workpiece Positioning Unit
The workpiece positioning system in the X-axis is achieved by two clamping jaws that hold the workpiece during the machining process. The movement is controlled by two independently driven servomotors.

Workpiece Support Surface
The workpiece support surface, on which the machining units are located, consists of a series of rubber-coated rollers that form the workpiece reference in the Z-axis. On the opposite side of the machining unit, a counter-pressure system is installed, which optimally holds the workpiece in the machine.
