Numerically controlled machining centres WINLINE
WINLINE is a modern and innovative machining centre dedicated to the production of wooden windows and doors components.

WINLINE is performing the entire working cycles including the load /unload and the positioning of the parts for each needed operation, under the direct control of the NC. This new level of integrated automation can afford the highest level of precision.
The machine is a real “one-man factory”: controlled by a single operator, performs the complete process on each component without the need of second passes, from squared planed all round parts to finished parts ready for assembly and painting process.
It also gives the operator time to perform any further processing regarding the construction of a window: molding, sizing, assembly of the elements at the clamping machine, assembly of the hardware, assembly of the glass etc.

WINLINE can produce any kind of window component, with any type of jointing (negative profile and dowels, mechanical fixing, open tenons, closed tenons...). The machine can perform the highest achievable level of productivity in each single case.

Locking devices are engineered to ensure pieces stability and the highest level of precision, top constant quality surface in each operation and eliminates all kinds of marks and friction abrasions on finished parts, that in traditional systems may be caused by friction and sliding of the pieces on the handling device.

WINLINE operating groups are engineered for heavy duty operations with high reliability.
The machine can totally integrate with any cad/cam system allowing a direct transfer “from the project directly to the execution and production”.

The base machine includes:
Mobile gantry structure and double Y axis with independent carriages
Pieces manipulator: loading, unloading and clamp exchange
