Bizerba A404 - Cutting Machines

The Bizerba A404 is a German-manufactured, fully automatic industrial slicer designed for high-precision, high-throughput slicing of cured meats, hams, sausages, salami, cheeses, and deli products into uniform, paper-thin or portioned slices. Engineered for industrial food processing facilities, large butcheries, supermarket deli departments, and food packaging centers, it maximizes productivity while minimizing manual intervention.

The machine features a digital programmable control console with memory capacity for up to 99 recipes, enabling quick product changeovers and reliable repeatability across production runs. Equipped with a heavy-duty 330 mm circular blade running at approximately 266 rpm, it offers an electronically adjustable slice thickness from 0.5 to 12 mm and a carriage slicing speed of 30 to 55 strokes per minute. The integrated automatic feeding carriage and product deposition system support both neat vertical stacking (up to 90 mm high) and shingling (fanning), outputting perfectly portioned cuts ready for tray packing or direct counter display.

Powered by a 3-phase 0.6 kW motor (230/400 V, 50 Hz), it handles products with lengths up to 400 mm. The machine weighs approximately 109 kg with outer dimensions of 1,050 × 800 × 680 mm (operational footprint: 1,190 × 860 × 810 mm), delivering a vibration-free, heavy-duty stainless and food-grade alloy construction that conforms to the highest hygiene and washdown standards.
