Completely retrofitted Single Column Vertical Turning Lathe Blansko SKSJ 1A, equipped with a single vertical head suitable for both turning and milling operations.

- Maximum workpiece height: 4,800 mm
- Maximum turning diameter (column positioned near face plate): 8,000 mm

- Infinitely variable face plate speed: 0.5 to 20 rpm

The machine underwent a comprehensive retrofit in 2024-2025 and is equipped with the following brand-new components:
- New electrical cabinet with CE-compliant components (Siemens, Schrack, etc.)
- New Siemens 828 CNC, 100 kW main drive motor, 27 Nm feed motors, and ZF reducers (ratio 1:5)

- Geometric accuracy according to ISO standards – as per new-machine specifications
