EASYSTICK is the automated, easy-to-adjust stop system for drilling and fitting insertion machines. From rapid and easy machine setup through to perfect results, your entire process is optimized: the drilling positions are determined digitally, the stops move automatically and guide you step by step to the correct positions: place the workpiece, drill, finished!

With EASYSTICK, planning and processing on the MINIPRESS top are digitized. You can plan directly at the machine or import your project data from the cabinet configurator quickly and easily via WLAN or USB stick. The imported production data can be accessed and processed directly. The EASYSTICK computer also allows you to make processing settings directly on the MINIPRESS top. Enter carcass and front dimensions, select fittings: EASYSTICK automatically calculates the drilling positions for you.

Thanks to EASYSTICK, the MINIPRESS top automatically controls the stop positions. The drilling carriage travels along the Y-axis automatically while the worktable and fence remain stationary — simple to set up and precise. With the MINIPRESS top, you can achieve a reach of up to 350 mm by moving the drilling carriage. This allows, for example, centered rows of holes even with deep cabinets.

With the MINIPRESS top, you only need one machine for all vertical and horizontal drilling operations. The horizontal boring unit of the MINIPRESS top allows for precise construction drilling, e.g., for dowels and connectors. The horizontal boring unit is easily accessible and straightforward to adjust and operate."
