The ER-03H double-wing rotation table is a basic workstation for timber frame house prefabrication intended for medium and large companies.
The rotation of the prefabricated wall is performed by lifting both table wings vertically in order to rotate the prefabricated timber frame for further processing. Both wings can be tilted from 0° to 91°, allowing rotation in both directions.
The ER-03H table set can be equipped with pneumatically liftable rollers in each wing, as well as roller pins for transport, for example to a WALLTRANS receiver at an angle of 82°.
Controlled via a control pendant.

The first wing is used for assembling the timber frame and boarding the first side of the prefabricated element. After rotation, the second side is processed, followed by lifting the finished element vertically again.
