1. Features and Capabilities:

■ Ram parallelism to the bending axis is maintained by a double roller guide on both sides of the internal frame section, supplemented by crosswise ram reinforcements.

3.6 5-Axis CNC Backgauge System: X-ΔX-R-Z1-Z2
X axis: Parallel movement of the backgauge beam
ΔX axis: Adjustable backgauge finger for angled (skew) bends. Adjustment range +/- 175 mm (total 350 mm).
R axis: Vertical adjustment of the backgauge beam
Z1, Z2 axes: Automatic lateral travel of backgauge fingers along the beam.
All axes are powered by AC servo drives.
Two backgauge fingers on the beam with integrated sheet support feature.
