BRUDERER BSTA 180

The BTSA 180 is a Bruderer high-speed precision stamping press with a nominal force of 180 kN (18 tons). It is designed for continuous production using progressive dies with variable stroke rates of 100 to 1300 strokes per minute. The press is equipped with a Bruderer BZV 60 strip feed, which processes strip widths up to 60 mm and material thicknesses up to 2 mm. The stroke is adjustable between 8 and 40 mm, and the strip feed height is adjustable between 50 and 100 mm to accommodate different tools and material profiles. In addition, it features a Siemens-made Bruderer U control system.

The machine is partially functional:
The pushbuttons responsible for the two-hand operation respond with a delay or not at all in setup mode when feeding the material, which makes the material feeding process time-consuming. The machine's spring dampers are worn out, causing the machine to vibrate significantly during continuous operation.
The rubber mounts for the discs are brittle and breaking off.
The UVV inspection for 2025 has been carried out, as has the annual maintenance for 2025.

The machine is currently not running but remains connected so that it can be started in an emergency.
