Mobile oil-fired heating system in a 20-foot container – Buderus 570 kW / Weishaupt burner – Year of manufacture 2023 (can also be converted to gas operation)

We are selling our mobile oil-fired heating system because we have switched to solar energy. This system served as an emergency or supplementary heating system for us, is 100% ready for operation and is sold as is – including stainless steel chimney, electrical distribution panel and complete interior fittings.

Buderus Logano plus GE615, output 511–570 kW (rated output), max. 120 °C, 561 l water content, PMS 6 bar

Burner:
Weishaupt WM-L10/3-A monarch, T-3LN multiflam®, year of manufacture 2023, heating oil EL (200–900 kW), NOx class 3

Power supply:
230 V / 400 V, 50 Hz, protected by Hensel main distribution panel (3x63 A) with CEE connections

Container:
20-foot standard container (approx. 6.06 × 2.44 × 2.59 m), approved for road transport, insulated and equipped with lighting
Stainless steel chimney mounted externally, tensioning cables included

Complete internal piping with insulation, circulation pumps, water treatment

Flexible in terms of fuel:
The Buderus GE615 is a condensing oil/gas boiler and can be converted to gas operation with a single adjustment (replacement or modification of the burner) – perfect for locations with a gas connection.

Possible applications:
Ideal as a mobile large-scale heat source for construction projects, larger building complexes (e.g. as interim heating until the final heating system is commissioned), heating for large halls or for supplying hot water to larger projects. After connecting the piping or via hoses to the existing taps, it is immediately ready for operation.

Procedure:
The piping will be disconnected from the tap by us. Afterwards, the container can be picked up with a suitable truck (container transport) and set up at the new location. For commissioning (and possibly conversion to gas operation), we strongly recommend involving a qualified plumbing/heating specialist so that all settings on the boiler and burner can be made professionally.
