Cefla Flexispray + Cross Oven

Complete painting system comprising two Cefla Flexispray spraying units and three Cross Oven drying ovens. The system was purchased new in 2016 and is customized for painting softwood interior door frames for the Dutch market.

The system includes the following units:

Cefla Cross Oven #1
Width 320 cm, length 300 cm
Transversal oven able to perform the drying and/or flash-off of water or solvent-based paints applied to mouldings and narrow boards, in a single process. The oven's well-insulated structure, with integrated fans, means low heat loss and impressive energy saving.

Cefla Flexispray coating machine #1
Compact linear spray machine, perfect for applying water or solvent-based stains and paints to mouldings, narrow boards or dismantled window sections up to 240 mm wide. It has a roller and belt conveyor system and is equipped with up to 6 spray guns, subdivided into 2 product circuits. Spray guns and pump not included.

The painting system is installed at the factory and is available for a test run. The system is sold "as-is," and its dismantling, relocation, and transport are the buyer's responsibility.

Sales price for the system is 120.000 EUR VAT 0% and is negotiable. If there are several buyers, we reserve rights to sell the system to the highest bidder.
