CFS GEA Koppens VM 600 HSE

The CFS GEA Koppens VM 600 HSE is a 600 mm inline MLF MultiFormer, designed for forming food products into various shapes and sizes. The machine can produce both round and rectangular products, making it highly versatile for a wide range of food processing applications.
This forming machine is suitable for various sectors of the food industry, including bakery, meat processing, convenience foods, snacks, salads, cheese, vegetables, fruit, processed meat products, fish, vegan and vegetarian products, baby food, and pet food.
The automatic patty and burger forming machine features a large feeding hopper. The product is transferred into the forming mold by four screws. The mold is then moved above the conveyor belt, where a pneumatic ejector pushes the formed product out of the mold and onto the conveyor.
The machine can be easily integrated into an existing production line.
The MLF forming machine is entirely constructed from stainless steel, ensuring hygienic operation and easy cleaning.
