Recent fixes:
- The water separator tank of the central air distribution cracked and a small amount of air leaked. It has been replaced.
- Replacement of plastic slides on bed way covers.
- Controlsystem Kft.: 30th geometric inspection and adjustment of the C-axis bearing wedge as well as realignment according to the machine feet. The new geometric data speaks for itself.
The wear on the tool changer arm documented here is the responsibility of the new owner, and the price reflects this reduced value. Photos of the current wear condition are included among the images. Up to this point, the machine still changes tools perfectly and quickly with the lever “aged, worn – replacement suggested.”
In June 2020, the limit switch cables for the X- and Y-axis in the cable carrier from control cabinet to switch were replaced in full, without splicing.
Loading of the equipment onto a truck at our location's gate can take place at the buyer's responsibility. Delivery from its current location is the seller's responsibility and obligation. I am happy to provide dispatch contacts for assistance. No exchange of machines, equipment, trade-in, etc. is possible due to space constraints at our facility.
