Note on machine concept:

Unmanned complete machining 24/7 of cubic components. Material supply via bar loader D100 / 3000 mm for round and profile material. Rotary table as positioning axis and machining of 4 surrounding faces via vertical milling spindle. Machining of the end face (5th side) horizontally with swivel head. Clamping of workpiece via clamping stock, separating workpiece and 180-degree rotation, machining of the 6th side again horizontally with swivel head. Removal handling and discharge unit into parts buffer.

Note on machine condition:
The machine was factory overhauled and technically updated in 2017 by Chiron (CMS).

The last spindle replacement was carried out in September 2025.

The last manufacturer service was in October 2025 (major annual maintenance, 4,000 h).

From new until today, the machine has been continuously maintained, repaired, and kept up-to-date by the manufacturer through a full-service contract (preventive maintenance).
