COALZA R90-MP1 AUTOMATIC BAG FORMING AND FILLING MACHINE – STAINLESS STEEL

COALZA R90-MP1 automatic bag forming and filling machine, designed to perform the bag forming, dosing, filling, and sealing operations of flexible packaging on industrial food packaging lines.

The equipment uses vertical VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) packaging technology, forming bags from rolls of flexible film and automatically filling and sealing them.

OPERATING PROCESS
The film is fed from a roll and passes through the forming tube, where it acquires the bag geometry through longitudinal sealing.
The product is introduced through the top feeding system, previously dosed by the corresponding equipment.
Subsequently, the jaws perform the transverse sealing and cutting, resulting in individual closed bags.
The finished packages can continue to weight checkers, metal detectors, inspection systems, and cartoning equipment.
