CONSTMACH Concrete Batching Plant Compact Concrete Plant with Belt 60 M3/H

CONSTMACH Compact-60 is a fully automatic compact concrete plant specially designed for projects requiring high production performance in limited spaces. Despite its compact design, it meets the needs of medium and large-scale projects with a production capacity of 60 m³/h. Thanks to its modular and ergonomic design, it requires minimal site preparation; it can be easily installed on a flat surface.

The aggregate bunker can be positioned in a linear arrangement as in stationary concrete plants or in a square layout as in mobile plants. When the square bunker option is chosen, the Compact-60 can be transported in a single 40 ft. OT container, offering significant advantages in transportation and installation costs. Manufactured in compliance with CE standards, the Compact-60 offers a long-lasting and low-maintenance system thanks to its high-quality components.

Complex automation processes are fully automated using SIEMENS – SCHNEIDER brand electronic components and advanced PLC control systems. The user-friendly software interface allows for easy control at every stage of the production process. The Compact-60 delivers high performance in ready-mix concrete, dry concrete, or precast production with twin-shaft, single-shaft, pan, or planetary mixer options.
