CONSTMACH Concrete Plant 160M3 Stationary Concrete Batching Plant

CONSTMACH Stationary-160 is a fully automatic concrete plant developed for high-volume and long-term ready-mix concrete production projects. With a production capacity of 160 m³/hour, this plant stands out for its robust construction, high efficiency, and suitability for continuous operation.

Thanks to its twin-shaft mixer with a 4 m³ wet concrete capacity, it guarantees homogeneous mixing and high-strength concrete production. Manufactured in compliance with CE standards, the Stationary-160 offers users safe and high-quality production. Cement silos, which can be customized for specific projects, are available with capacities ranging from 100 tons to 500 tons.

Furthermore, if cement is supplied in bags, the filling process is conveniently carried out with the integrated bursting bunker. The plant can be equipped with insulated panels and hot steam generators for cold climate regions, while in hot regions, it is supported by cooling systems to maintain concrete quality. Aggregate pre-feeding systems enable efficient material transfer without the need for a ramp.
The advanced automation system is equipped with SIEMENS & SCHNEIDER electronic components, and the entire production process is fully automatically controlled via user-friendly software.
