The stationary CORMAK BS150-200 belt grinder is based on a welded steel frame, providing high rigidity and resistance to dynamic loads. The integrated dust extraction system, equipped with a 0.37 kW motor and two Ø100 mm extraction ports, ensures efficient removal of grinding dust and particles.

The main 3.0 kW motor provides sufficient power for demanding machining operations and intensive industrial use.

Precision and work efficiency

Thanks to the use of a 150 mm wide and 2000 mm long abrasive belt, the machine provides a large contact area, reducing processing time and increasing efficiency. Two operating speeds allow quick switching between aggressive material removal and precise surface finishing.

The ergonomic design and spring-loaded belt tensioning system ensure proper belt tension throughout the entire working cycle, improving grinding stability and abrasive belt life.
