Construction and Technology

The CORMAK STU75 belt grinder has been designed for versatile operation in demanding industrial environments. Equipped with a Ø200 mm rubber-coated drive wheel and a 120 × 90 mm sliding support with rollers, the machine ensures smooth belt guidance and consistent contact between the abrasive belt and the workpiece.

The integrated roller guidance system combined with a spring-loaded belt tensioning mechanism provides safe, stable, and smooth operation of the sanding belt. The rigid construction minimizes vibration, improving both machining accuracy and working comfort.

Precision and Performance

The combination of a wide 75 × 2000 mm abrasive belt and two selectable grinding speeds ensures excellent performance for both heavy stock removal and fine finishing operations. The adjustable pipe vise and dedicated roller set enable precise tube grinding with repeatable results and stable workpiece positioning.
