Becker BZ-2 - Packaging System

The system first trims the front of the cardboard to remove any possible transport damage. After trimming, a minimum side trim of 30 mm is made on both sides. Additionally, if required, a corner is cut from the cardboard, depending on the Fefco type. Finally, the cardboard is scored along the folding lines and discharged from the machine.

The resulting waste material is removed from the system via a waste conveyor located underneath the machine. At the machine's discharge, a conveyor belt transports the waste into a container. If the side trim sections are too long, they must be cut within the system to ensure they can be smoothly conveyed out of the line.

The blanks and products are transported to the folding station, where the cartons are erected and filled. In the Box Closing Unit, the cartons are sealed, labeled, and conveyed out of the system.
