The FiberFlow F50 is designed specifically for research and development (R&D) applications, product development, and pilot trials. With a throughput of up to 50 kg/h, it is ideal for developing and optimizing formulations and processes in the field of alternative proteins, for example, for plant-based or hybrid meat and fish alternatives. By precisely cooling the extrudate, fibrous and meat-like product structures can be created.

The system has a modular design and can be configured with one or two segments, depending on the requirements. In addition, one or two separate cooling circuits are available, which ensures precise temperature control and, consequently, consistently high product quality.
