The cooling die is designed to produce fibrous protein structures through controlled cooling and optimized flow guidance, making it particularly suitable for applications such as plant-based meat and seafood alternatives, as well as structured convenience products.

The FiberFlow R500 is designed for throughput rates of up to 500 kg/h at operating pressures of up to 70 bar. Its annular (ring-shaped) geometry ensures optimal flow distribution, resulting in uniform fiber formation and consistently high product quality. The system features a modular design and is sold as a complete unit consisting of four segments.

Particular emphasis has been placed on hygienic design, enabling the system to meet the stringent requirements of the food industry. The construction allows for easy and efficient cleaning.
