The Dr. Schenk solarInspect series was developed to meet the special requirements in the production of crystal silicon solar modules.
These ready-to-use Vision Systems provide reliable quality control for the entire ongoing production process.

In the production of crystal silicon solar modules, structural glass substrates are used instead of uncoated glass.
Structural glass increases the permeability of sunlight. The optical signals in the vision system, which are characterized by the surface structure,

With SolarInspect, Dr. Schenk has developed and manufactured a system that aims to distinguish between glass structure and
