The printer was covered by an Enhanced Service Program (ESP) until the end of 2025. The contract was not renewed because the printer was taken out of production and placed into storage at our warehouse after a newer printer was installed.

The white printheads were removed as we no longer used white ink. Since they still required regular maintenance, it was not economically practical to keep them installed.

Before being placed into storage, the printer was inspected by an EFI-certified technician, who confirmed that the machine was in excellent condition. Throughout our five years of ownership, the printer operated reliably with no major issues. Only routine wear-and-tear parts were replaced, including filters, ink tubes, and four printheads.

The printheads currently installed in the printer are in excellent condition. Please see the attached photos for details.

The printer was properly prepared for long-term storage, with storage fluid installed in the printheads and ink system to ensure safe preservation during downtime.
