Eillert G 1500 Belt Slicer

The G 1500 belt slicer is a compact and highly efficient cutting machine. It is a universal vegetable slicing machine designed for medium-capacity production and is commonly used in vegetable processing facilities, fresh produce companies, large kitchens, catering operations, and ready-meal and salad production plants.
This slicer is equipped with an extended infeed conveyor. Thanks to a wide range of available cutting knives, the machine is ideally suited for slicing leafy greens, meat, cheese, plant-based products, fruit, and various vegetables such as cabbage, leeks, carrots, beans, peppers, onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, and apples.
The infeed conveyor speed is adjustable, and the knife operates at two different speeds, allowing flexible processing of different product types. This industrial slicing machine is constructed entirely from stainless steel, ensuring durability, hygiene, and easy cleaning.
