The following work was carried out during this overhaul in 2023:
-Machine was completely dismantled, cleaned and repainted,
The main spindle was re-supported
-The guides and guide shoes were replaced in the X-axis and Z-axis
-The ball screw in the X-axis and Z-axis was replaced
-New unit for central lubrication and new hoses
-Hydraulic unit was checked and serviced. Drive coupling between motor and pump was replaced
-Cooling unit was checked and serviced: Temperature difference controller was replaced
- Clamping cylinder was re-mounted and sealed.
Gearbox of the A-axis was re-mounted and coupling between motor and gearbox was replaced
-Electrical cabinet was cleaned
-Control panel was replaced
-New screen
-New interior lighting
-Turret was dismantled, wearing parts checked, cleaned and resealed
-Cleaned turret encoder and encoder wheel
-Length measuring systems in X-axis and Z-axis disassembled and cleaned
-Pick-up station springs replaced
-X-axis and Z-axis motors were checked for bearing damage
-The windows on the work door were replaced.
-The chip conveyor was completely dismantled, re-stored, cleaned and painted
-Of course, various small parts of the machine were also replaced
