Machining center with 4 CNC axes for machining bars or workpieces made from aluminum, PVC, and light metal alloys in general, as well as steel up to 2 mm. Tool magazine with 8 positions, also accommodates an angular head and a disc cutter to machine the workpiece on 5 sides. Capable of machining bars up to 4 m in one go; processing of lengths up to 8 m is possible with automatic transfer. The 4th CNC axis allows for stepless rotation of the electrospindle from 0° to 180°, enabling machining along the entire profile perimeter. Additionally, the movable worktable facilitates loading and unloading of the workpieces and significantly increases the machinable cross-sectional area. The machine features 3D programming software.
