Opis

Single toggle jaw crusher at feed opening 1200 x 900 [mm]; weight 32 [tons], long jaws; gap adjustable up to 50 [mm], drive 110 [kW], electrolytic starter, wiring up to the main control panel, V-belts, protective covers on both flywheels; chute at the feed inlet. Machine has only processed recycled concrete to produce recycled concrete aggregate. Maintained by our service team since commissioning. Spare parts available in stock. Additionally, a spare movable jaw provided. Two pressure plates included. After a blockage caused by metal input, the bearing on the drive flywheel side is out of order and must be replaced. This repair is straightforward because, for transport purposes, the connecting rod must be separated from the main frame, allowing easy access for bearing removal.
