New vertical machining centre equipped with a FANUC 0i-MF Plus control, 10.4" display, including Manual Guide I and AICC II.

Table measuring 1,700 × 800 mm with a permissible load of 2,000 kg/m². Axis travels of 1,650 mm in X, 800 mm in Y and 800 mm in Z. Table-to-spindle-nose distance from 120 to 920 mm; spindle centre to column 882 mm. Cutting feed of 1 to 15 m/min, with rapid traverse rates of 36 m/min on the X and Y axes and 24 m/min on the Z axis.

Direct-drive DDS spindle with ceramic bearings, 7/24 steep taper ISO 40 to DIN 69871, 12,000 rpm and a power rating of 15 to 25 kW. All three axes run on roller-type linear guideways (PMI, Taiwan) with preloaded ball screws. Swing-arm automatic tool changer with 24 stations, accepting tools up to 80 mm in diameter, 300 mm in length and 8 kg in weight.

Through-spindle internal coolant supply at 30 bar with filtration unit, oil/coolant separator, hinged-belt chip conveyor combined with two screw-type chip augers, and a rear chip flushing system with coolant gun. Fully enclosed splash guarding with interlocked front door, spindle oil chiller, heat exchanger, automatic centralised lubrication and air-conditioned electrical cabinet. Rigid tapping cycle, eight open M-functions, data server with Ethernet connection and 2 GB memory card. Three-colour signal light, dustproof electrical system, spindle air seal and levelling bolts with pads. Machine supplied without counterweight.

Power supply via a 400 V / 50 Hz three-phase transformer rated at 30 kVA; compressed air requirement 6 to 8 bar. Overall dimensions 4,400 × 3,900 × 3,438 mm, extending to 5,500 mm in length with the chip conveyor fitted. Machine weight 13,000 kg. CE certified.
