FICEP Flex FRC 1201 coping robot

The Ficep FRC 1201 coping machine is part of the latest process in automatic CNC controlled thermal coping process.

This modern CNC-controlled coping robot system is suitable for fast thermal cutting and notching of profile types H / U / L / flat and square tubes. The steel profile is positioned in the system at the position to be cut using a pulling gripper measuring carriage via the roller conveyor. A robot arm with the cutting units (oxyfuel or plasma) cuts the profiles at the selected position. The cut or notched finished components either fall into the collecting tray or are pushed out of the system by the measuring arm.
