It consists of 2 drive-on ramps 1000 mm x 400 mm x 160 mm made of steel plates 10 mm thick, incl. end stop with stiffening plates and struts, as well as lateral centering rail and fixing holes. 1 piece weighing beam 100 mm x 100 mm, length 2.300 mm, design as U-profile, 10 mm thick, with holes for fixing the load cells. 1 piece weighing beam 100 mm x 100 mm x 1.400 mm length, design as U-profile, 10 mm thickness, with holes for the fixing of the load cells, incl. support plate made of 10 mm steel, stiffening plates made of 10 mm steel plates and 20 mm x 20 mm square steel for the lateral guidance of the weighing beam.
For weight recording serves 1 pcs. load cell kit BKSB 15000 weighing range 15000 kg, readability 2 kg with 4 x load cells K30S 5000 with distance plates, 4 load feet, 1 clamp and trim box JBB-04 and 10 m scale cable to display electronics.
As weighing electronics serves a scale electronics BWI, illuminated 50 mm large display, dimension 250 x 160 x 60 mm. In high-quality, flat plastic housing, user-friendly operation. Basic functions: Tare, Zero, Large/Net. The container scale is programmed after assembly by us to zero = empty cat 3 container empty weight. The power supply is 220 Volt.
