Opis
        The powerful fiber lasers of the Y-Series are ideally suited for industrial product marking. They are used in almost all metal and plastics processing industries for precise and economical direct part marking (DPM / Direct Part Marking) of products and components: from automotive manufacturing to medical and security technology, and all the way to electronics. All types of codes (QR codes, DMC / DataMatrix codes, barcodes), alphanumeric characters, logos, and inscriptions are marked reliably and with high precision using these fiber lasers. The optionally integrable camera system in the marking head ensures zero-defect quality and process reliability through automatic optical validation and verification steps.
With its modular design, this fiber laser series offers maximum flexibility and enables straightforward adaptation to product-specific marking requirements as well as easy integration into production lines and FOBA workstations: Nine fiber lasers of different power classes and pulse widths are combined within a modular platform. Marking field calibration and parameter sets for optimizing marking quality, accuracy, and speed enable optimal configuration for any given application.
