CNC machining center in gantry design (without tools) with digital drives (driven on both sides). The machine frame of the Profit H350 16.30 is made from thick-walled, electro-welded box sections. The internal steel ribbing in the frame ensures high stability.

- X-axis guidance system:

The carriage of the X-axis is driven by a rack and pinion with helical, crowned teeth—this ensures maximum precision. The reduction gear guarantees the highest machining quality and repeat accuracy. The slideways use recirculating ball carriages running on encapsulated, hardened and ground linear guides.


- Y-axis guidance system:

Slideways use recirculating ball carriages running on encapsulated, hardened and ground linear guides. The Y-axis is positioned by a ground ball screw.


- Z-axis guidance system:

Slideways use recirculating ball carriages running on encapsulated, hardened and ground linear guides. The Z-axis is positioned by a ground ball screw.


- Automatic central lubrication:

Grease is supplied under control to the guide carriages of the X, Y, and Z axes as well as to the recirculating ball screws on Y and Z. Lubrication is performed automatically after a preset interval.
