The new Format4 findustry wide belt sanders impress in industrial applications primarily through their individually configurable assembly of units. Tailored specifically to the application and field of use, the machine can be equipped with two, three, or four units. A high degree of customization guarantees that all requirements in terms of surface finish and processing efficiency are met.

Maximum operating comfort in industrial applications

The clearly structured touchscreen control panel is intuitive to operate. All machine functions are clearly displayed graphically on the digital display. The pass-through thickness can be set directly from the control panel to a tenth of a millimeter at the touch of a button. Automatic thickness measurement simplifies the adjustment of the machine to the desired workpiece thickness. The workpiece can be measured without additional measuring devices, and its thickness is then transmitted directly to the machine "wirelessly." The fixed infeed table height of 900 mm allows for easy and fatigue-free operation, while a vacuum table, roller table extensions on both infeed and outfeed sides, as well as optional pressure shoes on the sanding units, ensure maximum comfort and optimal processing conditions for workpieces of any size.
