Oy Foudila Ab is a company based in Kaskinen, Finland, with over 45 years of experience in wood handling equipment. For the past 15 years, we have also been active in the pallet industry and have developed numerous machines for nailing, automatic feeding, and stacking of wood over the years. We manufacture both standard machines and custom-tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.

The DNM1600 is a flexible, compact, and efficient pneumatic nailing machine designed for the production of decks in the pallet industry. The user-friendly program allows for very rapid changeover, and the machine can store settings for over 100 different deck specifications. It features Bostitch nail guns equipped with nail magazines for jumbo coils with indicators. The machine enables the manufacturing of asymmetrical decks and is fitted with flexible cassettes for boards. A protective cover ensures noise reduction and safe operation. The machine is operated via a 10-inch touchscreen and utilizes a Beckhoff control system.

The machine is CE-marked.
